Overview This website is operated by PODbySoni. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

1. Eligibility By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products All items are made to order through a third-party print provider. Because products are printed individually, slight variations in color, placement, and garment shade may occur and are not considered defects. Designs are printed directly on the garment (not embroidered). Product images are representations; actual items may vary slightly. We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders, changes & cancellations Orders may be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us with your order number. After that, production has typically begun and orders can no longer be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping & delivery Production takes approximately 2–7 business days, followed by 3–5 business days shipping within the US. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & refunds Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of PODbySoni and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
