Something arrived wrong

Damaged, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You keep the wrong one.

Answers, before you type

Where is my order?
You get a tracking email the moment it leaves us. If that has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then write to us with your order number and we will chase it. Printed to order in 2 to 7 business days, then 3 to 5 days in transit.
Can I change or cancel?
Within 1 hour of ordering, yes. Email us with the order number and we will catch it. After that it has usually gone to print, and because it is printed just for you there is nothing to put back on a shelf.
It arrived damaged or wrong
Then we fix it. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery along with your order number, and we will ship a replacement or refund you. You do not need to send the wrong one back.
Can I return it because of the size?
We cannot take size returns, because every item is printed to order and there is no stock to return it to. The size guide on each product page has real measurements, and the two question size finder will pick for you if you would rather not measure.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only. If you are somewhere else and want something, write to us anyway, it helps us work out where to go next.
